Meet F. Michelle Brooks
F. Michelle Brooks is a visionary entrepreneur and community servant with over 23 years of experience in childcare and community services in Lorain County, Ohio. As founder of Lil Heart Childcare and Education Center, Michelle built a reputation for nurturing children and supporting families through life's most challenging seasons.
The name Flochelles blends her legal first name, Florence, with her middle name, Michelle — a deeply personal reflection of the legacy she is building for her family and community.
Her experience observing gaps in mental health services during her years in childcare inspired her to launch Flochelles Wellness Center — a CMHC dedicated to serving Lorain County with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
